Safety Recall
What is a recall campaign?
Campaigns are part of Citroen’s ongoing commitment to the quality and standard of their vehicles, occasionally via ongoing observation and reporting the factory will find components that are not performing to expectation. Once identified a campaign is launched to carry out preventative measures.
Is my vehicle affected?
Not all vehicles in a model range will be affected, If your vehicle is affected you will be sent notification informing you of an outstanding campaign and requesting that you contact your local dealer or service agent.
Notification for campaigns will be sent to known addresses, however if you are concerned your vehicle may fall into one of the above campaigns please contact your local dealer or service agent for verification.

Vehicles affected New C3-DS3 (36 vehicles in total).
Replacement of the battery earth cable to ensure long term conformity.

Replacement of the driver side wiper motor as a preventative measure to ensure long term conformity of the linkage.

Download of a new software to the engine ECU as a preventative measure to ensure correct engine operation under heavy braking.

Replacement of the rear tailgate wiring loom to ensure long term conformity of the rear screen electrical wiring.
