Is my local dealership still open?
In line with New Zealand government actions, all Citroën dealerships will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday 25 March 2020. During this time, there will be on-call teams available for urgent repairs to emergency service vehicles, essential business vehicles or the vehicles of people providing essential services. If this applies to you, please contact Citroën Assist on 0800 248 763.
Can I still contact a dealership via telephone?
With our dealerships currently closed, if we are not be able to attend to your call, we can still be contacted via our contact forms. Dealer staff will answer these requests as soon as possible, although you may experience some delays.
Can I still buy or test drive a car?
To help protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, all test drives will be postponed. If you would like to talk to someone about purchasing a vehicle, visit our dealer page to talk to someone that can help. You can still browse the range online and we will respond to any specific enquires.
What are my options if my vehicle breaks down?
Our roadside assistance is considered an essential service and will still be operating. Call 0800 248 763 for assistance.
What if my Citroën requires a service. Can I still drive it?
It may be necessary to postpone service or maintenance work as your local dealership is currently unable to offer scheduled servicing. The vehicle is safe to use if you’re within 1,500km and 1 month of your normal scheduled service. If you have a red warning light or have a safety concern regarding the vehicle, you should stop using the vehicle immediately and contact Citroën Assist on 0800 248 763.
When will the dealerships be open again?
We are following government guidelines and will re-open as soon as it is safe to do so. At this stage advice is to close for a minimum of four weeks, we will keep you up to date as the situation progresses.
