To celebrate its 100th year anniversary, Citroën is launching a Collector’s Edition named “Origins” which showcases its rich automotive heritage over the years. The launch of Origins is also a celebration of the past and present of Citroën C4 Cactus Hatch.

Since its launch, Citroën C4 Cactus Hatch has brought a breath of fresh air to the hatchback segment with its unique character and benchmark levels of comfort. This comfort is achieved using two major innovations: Suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions® and Advanced Comfort Seats to offer unparalleled driving comfort.

Truly a collector’s edition, there are only 15 units available in New Zealand.

100 YEARS OF COMFORT

Citroën C4 Cactus Hatch surrounds its occupants in a real cocoon of comfort, comfort that has been developed and improved by Citroën over its 100 years. When we look back, the legendary DS of 1955, can trace its ancestry to Traction Avant with its revolutionary four-wheel independent suspension and front-wheel drive layout. Later in the 70s, Citroën GS also excelled thanks to its modern style and intelligent technology, including hydropneumatic suspension, all leading to GS being crowned Car of the Year in 1971.

DESIGN

On the outside, this compact hatchback features several bronze-coloured graphic elements in reference to the double herringbone gears that inspired the chevrons and the “Origins since 1919″ signature which signifies the affiliation with the 100 years of the brand.

This Collector’s Edition is available in Bianca White, Pearl White, Cumulus Grey, Nimbus Grey or Nera Black and equipped with 17 ” Black “Cross” alloy wheels.

COMFORT

Citroën C4 Cactus Hatch Origins Collector’s Edition offers unparalleled ride comfort through its suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions®, which filter and absorb bumps and small irregularities in the road, giving you the feeling of flying over it, while ensuring excellent body control and exceptional dynamism.
