SELECT A REASON FOR ABUSE
The review is thought to be: against the law, contain inappropriate , offensive , defamatory, threatening, obscene or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties
The review contains information related to private life (naming of third parties without their explicit approval, comments on physical appearance or personality, etc.) or confidential information (telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, VIN, registration number, customer folder number, bank details, etc.) or mention websites, hypertext links, URLs;
The review concerns anything other than the quality of service of the Dealership during the purchase of a vehicle or of workshop services, or a vehicle (examples of rejection would therefore include information provided in respect of: documentation, warranty policy, etc.);
The review is incomprehensible (series of words with no meaning, poorly written content to the point of being unintelligible, written in a language other than English);
The review contains figures (amount or percentage) relating to the commercial arrangements of the Dealership or of Automobiles Citroën (discount, trade-in, invoice, discounted prices, etc.);
The review includes a summons to legal proceedings or contain comments which could incur the civil or criminal liability for the Dealership, Citroën NZ or Automobiles Citroën;
The review is not consistent with the Rating given (or vice-versa), or which is not compatible with the vehicle or the service concerned (examples of rejection: purchase of a vehicle whereas the subject is a workshop repair and vice versa, comment on vehicles other than that concerned, etc.);
The review concerns or mentions a Dealership other than that which sold the vehicle or which performed the workshop service (examples of rejection: a comparison between Dealerships or with vehicles of a brand other than Citroën, etc.);
The review contains elements of a conflict of interest (employees of Dealerships, Citroën NZ, Automobiles Citroën and the Stellantis Group are excluded in respect of the conflict of interest prohibition);
The review is posted by business customers (only opinions from consumer customers rather than business customers are permitted);
The review concerns a user who has provided identification information which is incorrect or which does not conform to these general terms and conditions of use or who has not personally experienced the customer experience;
The reveiw represents a duplicate (same author and same customer experience).
